Email was sent out overnigh about this bogus stock (FacePrint) using my email address as the sender and reply-to. The email did not originate on my computer, nor did it passs through my ISP’s smtp server.

Pierre Cote, the CEO and CFO of FCGP, does not respond to my repeated attempts to contact him.

I have registered complaints with the SEC, FTC and FBI. FCGP has ruined the reputation of my email address, causing it to be blacklisted worldwide. I have no connection whatsoever with the company or its principals. I never heard of it until I started getting mail dlivery failure emails this morning.

This stockspams not only hurt investors, they victimize other completely innocent parties.

As a result of Cote’s criminal activity, I may have to change an email address established for more than 10 years.

    Timothy,

Sorry to hear that! I hate to say this, but I doubt anything will happen regarding your complaints. Also, getting removed from blacklists is harder than taking any legal action. The people that run and maintain blacklists don’t care what any party has to say. Impossible people to work with.

Spammers don’t care who they hurt. They’re getting paid to send emails, which is their only concern. With the stock market spams, the spammers can even receive shares of the company. They make even more money by blasting out millions more emails to try and get people to buy up shares, so that after the price goes up, they can dump all their free shares.

My email addresses have also been forged (faked email headers) to send spam as well, so I know how you feel. If you want, I can give you a gmail.com email invite. I’ve been using gmail for mainly mailing lists and giving it to websites that require an email address, and it’s been working great for me. Let me know and I’ll send you the invite.

Good luck reclaiming your email address!

    -Nick
