Triumph Gold Corp. is engaged in the exploration and development of advanced stage gold projects in North and South America.
The goal of the company is to acquire a portfolio of gold projects for development. The company assembled a Board of Directors and management team with international experience acquiring, exploring and developing quality gold projects.
The Guraiche Project comprises Precambrian greenstone hosted gold bearing quartz veins within the Guyana shield of eastern Venezuela. Homestake Mining Co., Vista Gold Corp. and Triumph Gold Corp. drilled 92 diamond drill holes totaling 10,831 meters and excavated 103 trenches totaling 2,147 meters. An independent 43-101 evaluation reports a measured and indicated resource of 374,000 ounces grading 2.1 grams per tonne gold and an inferred resource of 520,000 ounces gold grading 2.0 grams per tonne gold. The property is easily accessible with an airstrip, good roads and buildings that can be utilized in support of a mining operation.
The Quartz Mountain Project hosts large tonnage gold-silver epithermal hot springs mineralization. Homestake Mining Co., Chevron Minerals and MK Gold Co. drilled 176 holes to delineate three shallow, disseminated gold deposits. The most recent geologic resource, reported by MK Gold, totals 325,000 ounces gold grading 0.016 opt and 4.2M ounces silver based on $400 per ounce gold and $5 per ounce silver price. The company plans to revise the resource using today’s higher metals prices and improve recoveries with metallurgical studies.
Compilation of the database obtained from MK Gold will be used to plan exploration and resource development.

The Las Flores Project, is an early stage gold play proximal to Hecla.s Camorra mine where 10,000 hectares cover gold-quartz veins along the Precambrian greenstone belt and Supamo granite intrusive contact. Triumph has outlined a gold in soil geochemical target extending 1500 meters by 100 meters where surface rock samples grade 1 to 2.5 g/t gold. Bonanza gold ranging up to 95 grams per tonne was sampled from underground workings. Additional target delineation and diamond drilling are planned for the next phase of exploration.
The Hope Butte Project encompasses two shallow mineralized zones hosted in sinter and silicified sediments associated with hot springs activity. Chevron Minerals and Horizon Gold completed 114 drill holes in the early 1990s and Horizon reported a proven and inferred resource of 141,200 ounces gold grading 0.028 opt. The company plans to expand the resource by applying current gold prices and continue with additional exploration.
